Dr. M. Nafees Nagy is an award winning oncologist, entrepreneur and educator.
After graduating from King Edward Medical College in Lahore, he completed a medical residency in New York and a fellowship in Utah.
Committed to his adopted homeland, he joined the United States Army Reserves where he served overseas in Operation Desert Storm and Desert Shield. He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel.
He is a proud Nevadan deeply involved in giving back to the community. He has been appointed to the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners and helped fund the library of the University of Nevada School of Medicine.
Never forgetting where he came from, Dr. Nagy has helped build Indus Hospital, a 600 bed facility in Jubilee Town, Lahore. This is a world class cancer care facility for adult and pediatric patients.
Dr. Amir Qureshi
Award Winning Physical Medicine Doctor
Dr Amir Qureshi is an award winning physical medicine and rehabilitation doctor treating a wide variety of medical conditions affecting the brain and spinal cord. He is a committed community leader. Currently, he serves as President of the Baqai Medical University Alumni Association and is a Trustee of the Arkansas Medical Society. Previously, he served as the President of the Pulaski County Medical Society and was Chairman of the Board of the Islamic Center of Little Rock. He believes in the importance of every Pakistani American raising his or her voice and being the most active citizens.
