Discussion with Congressman John James (R-MI) Recap

This past Friday PAKPAC’s Michigan chapter hosted Congressman John James (R-MI) at the home of PAKPAC National Board Secretary Uzma and Azhar Ali.

As late as Friday afternoon we were unsure if the event would even happen because of the hectic week in Congress with the ongoing battle for the Speaker of the House. Luckily, votes adjourned in the early afternoon and the Congressman was able to hop on a last minute flight making it back to Michigan in time for the event.

It was an incredible evening with a wide ranging discussion on topics ranging from the political situation in Pakistan to the ongoing battle for the Speaker of the House.
